From 05/01/2026, both the Winter Palace and the Winter Pavilion will not operate under the management of Accor and will be completely closed for major repairs. Rules for confirmed bookings: If the guests wish to continue their stay, they will be reassigned to another hotel at previously confirmed rates. If the guests choose not to move and cancel their reservations instead, the hotel will cancel all fees provided for any cancellation notice received no later than 03/05/2026. Once the hotel has resubmitted the reservation, any subsequent cancellation will be subject to the cancellation fees specified in the original agreement.
