The front desk is open until 17:00. The hotel sends check-in instructions by mail one day before arrival with a code. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that if guests wish for an extra bed in the room they must inquire directly with the hotel in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if travelling as part of a family. Towels are not included. You can rent them on site or bring your own. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Lockers are provided in the dormitories, but guests can bring their own padlocks or buy on site.
